MAP (2020 Norms)

Follow these instructions to download the NWEA MAP combined export

1. Login to NWEA MAP at https://sso.mapnwea.org/auth/login  
2. Select MAP Growth > MAP Growth Reports under Other Reports towards the bottom of the page:
    
3. Click the Data Export Scheduler link on the left side of the page: 
     
4. Schedule a data export using the following settings:  
   1. Enable 
   2. Frequency: One Time 
   3. Term: Choose based on the season and school in your EK12 task 
   4. Export Type: Combined Data File 
   5. Aggregation: By District 
   6. Norms Reference Data: 2020 Norms 
   7. Save  
5. Wait for the Export to complete (they typically are ready on the hour) 
6. Download the file  
7. Repeat for all applicable school years and seasons (i.e. Fall 2020-21, Winter 2019-20, Fall 2019- 20, Spring 2018-19, etc.) based on the tasks you have open in the Bold Improvement Portal task manager.  The MAP system will allow you to schedule 1 per hour. 
8. Upload the file in its original, unedited form as a .csv to the appropriate EK12 task
