Sharing Dashboards

Sharing data insights with colleagues can accelerate your impact.  In EK12's Bold Improvement Portal you can send your colleagues a link to the dashboard you're using.  You can even send them directly to the page you want with specific filters applied.

1. When you are on the dashboard you want to share, click on "Share" in the bottom of the left sidebar. In the example below, we would be sharing the attendance dashboard since that was the selected dashboard at the time we clicked "Share."
2. You will see the "Share Report" pop-upwhere you have two options as follows:  
   1. Copy the URL and share it in any way you choose.  You can then close the pop-up and go about your day.
   2. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas.
3. If using the email option, enter an optional message so that the person or people you are sending the dashboard to understand why you are sending it.
4. Optional: check the "Apply current filters" box.  This box will alter the link you send so that your recipients go to the specific page you are looking at and see the same filters you are using.  That way they can see the same thing you were looking at
