Logging In
EK12's Bold Improvement Portal offers streamlined sign in using your existing work email. Here are the steps to log in:
- Go to data.empowerk12.org.
- Click "Log In."
- Select the appropriate log in button.
- If you have a work Google account, then click the "Google" button.
- If you have a work Microsoft, then click the "Microsoft" button.
- If you have both Google and Microsoft work logins, then try Google first before using Microsoft.
- In the rare case that you don't have a Google or Microsoft email, an EmpowerK12 team member may instruct you to log in with an email password in the lower section of the login page.
- Follow the prompts from Google or Microsoft. You may need to log into your work account, and you may see a screen informing you of the permissions you are granting to data.empowerk12.org. For more information about possible Google and Microsoft prompts, see below.
- If you log in and don't see any reports, you may have used the wrong email when logging in or you may not have an account yet. Please reach out to your data manager to confirm the correct email address.
Log In Prompts
You may get prompts from your work account provider when logging in the first time. Here are some possible screens you may see.
- You may get the sign in page. Make sure you log in using your work account, and not your old EmpowerK12 account.
- Enter your password.
- You should be logged in. If you get a page prompting you to give data.empowerk12.org permission to access your account information, please grant the access.
Microsoft
- Enter your email address on the sign in page.
- Enter your password.
- Click "Yes" on the "Stay signed in?" page.
- If you get a "Permissions requested" page click "Accept."
- Once you have signed in, data.empowerk12.org will send you an email to confirm your email address
- You will get an email from EmpowerK12 Support (support@empowerk12.org) with subject "Please Confirm Your Email Address." Please click on the link in the email to confirm your email address.
You will go to a page that says "please confirm that [Your Email] is an email address for user <[Your Email]>. Click the "Confirm" button.
You have successfully logged in with Microsoft.
