TABLE OF CONTENTS

My Data Page

After logging in, you will come to the My Data page of the portal. On this page, each card links to a dashboard with your data.

Dashboards are separated into categories.  The first category at the top of the page is Favorites, which you can add to and remove from by clicking on hearts next to each dashboard (refresh your page to see the changes).  The subsequent categories depend on your specific organization, so they may not match the screen shot above.

You can also quickly access bookmarks on each dashboard's card.

In the top right of the screen you can click on your name ("Demo User" in this screen shot) to see and edit your profile data.  This includes changing your password (only necessary for users not utilizing single sign-on) and changing your user display name. Click on "My Data" in the top right to get back to the My Data page.

In the top right of any page you can also click on the Support link to get to these support articles.

Dashboard Page

When you click on a dashboard card, you'll be brought to the dashboard page.

On the left side of the page you'll notice the left sidebar that allows you to access your bookmarks and other dashboards related to the current dashboard.  At the bottom of the left sidebar you are able to save a bookmark, add to or remove from favorites, and share the current dashboard.

Next to the left sidebar is the page navigation (it displays for dashboards with multiple pages) that lets you access additional data for your current dashboard.

If you want to export data from one of the tables you're looking at, follow these instructions.

To return back to the My Data page, click the EmpowerK12 logo in the top left or the "My Data" link in the top right of the screen.
