Start by logging in to eSchool
For current year, make sure in the top right corner, the current school year is selected under School Year. For previous school years, select the appropriate one from the drop down.
In the search bar in the top left corner, type "Master Schedule"
Select "Master Schedule" and under Advanced search, selected Master Schedule, Building and whichever school(s) you want the schedule from
Under "List Field Selection", make the following selections and then hit the refresh in the top left corner:
Once you've run the report, export the file to Excel (button located on the right-hand side of the Search Results bar). Select Code Only for Building and Separate Columns for Primary Staff:
Upload the file to the appropriate task.
