Account Already Exists

If you get the following error message you probably logged in using Microsoft.  

This error can be solved by logging in using a different method.  Follow these steps:

1. Click the "Log In"  button in the top right of the screen or the log in link in the error message.  You will be brought to the main log in screen.
2. DO NOT log in using Microsoft.
3. Click the "Google" button. 
4. In the rare case that you were told to log in using an email address and password, please use that option to log in. If you forgot your password you can click the "Forgot password?" link.
