Resetting Your Password

EK12's Bold Improvement Portal enables single sign-on with your work account so you don't need to use a password.


IMPORTANT!
You should only be using and resetting a password if you were told to do so by your organization's data manager or an EK12 staff member.

 

If you do need to reset your password you can do so in several ways.

Option 1: In the Portal

If you are already in the portal and need to change your password, you can...

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner. 

  2. Your profile settings will open and you can click "Change Password." 

  3. On the change password page you can input your current password and your new password and then click "Change Password." 
  4. If you don't know your current password, then click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions in Option 2, starting from step 3.

Option 2: From the Log In Screen

If you are not able to get into the portal, then you can reset your password from the log in screen.

  1. Go to the log in screen.
  2. Click "Forgot password?" in the bottom left of the log in pane. 
  3. Enter your work email address and click "Reset My Password."
     
  4. You will get an email from EmpowerK12 Support (support@empowerk12.org). Follow the instructions in that email and you will get to a page where you can enter your new password. 
  5. After entering your new password twice, click "Change My Password" and you have successfully reset your password.
