There are a two common reasons for this error message:
- You may have logged in with the incorrect account.
- Please confirm the correct username with your data manager. You can see the username/email address you are currently logged in with by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
- You should not be using your old EmpowerK12 username (i.e. yourname@yourschool.empowerk12.org)
- You may not have any data assigned to you yet. Please check with your data manager to see if your account should already be set up.
